Dimensions/Basic Rules

Field dimensions are listed as pitching distance/base paths, in feet.

• 8U: Coach or Machine Pitch (Per Game Team Option)

• 10U: 46/60 - 1:30 Timelimit (Leads when pitch crosses plate)

• 12U: 50/70 - 1:45 Timelimit

• 14U: 60/90 - 1:45 Timelimit

Hotels

*Teams traveling 75 miles (or more) to Impact Events will book their hotel through our housing partner, Site Search. Impact Events is a Stay & Save facility.

Gate Policy

• General Admission: $10 per day

• Children Ages 7–12: $5

• Seniors Ages 65+: $5

• Veterans & Active Military: $5

• Children Ages 6 & Under: Free

• Weekend Pass (Three-Day Events Only): $25

*Gate fees are non-refundable and may vary by event.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

Registration payments are nonrefundable, except when Impact Events cancels an event for reasons other than weather, as outlined below.

Team Withdrawal

Teams that provide notice of cancellation at least 45 days before the event may receive a credit toward a future Impact Events registration.

No refund or credit will be issued for:

• Withdrawals made fewer than 45 days before the event.

• Withdrawals made after an event has sold out, regardless of the cancellation date.

Event Cancellation

If Impact Events cancels an event for reasons other than weather, teams will receive a 100% refund. Weather-related cancellations or shortened events follow the credit policy below.

Weather Policy

If an event is cancelled or shortened due to weather, credits will be issued as follows:

• 0% of guaranteed games played: 90% credit toward a future Impact Events registration.

• 25% of guaranteed games played: 50% credit toward a future Impact Events registration.

• 33% of guaranteed games played: 40% credit toward a future Impact Events registration.

• Two or more games completed: The tournament is considered complete, and no refund or credit will be issued.
